Delivery/Shipping Policy
Shipping Within the UAE:
· Voguedrobe.com is operated by Alif Horizons Trading & Services FZ L.L.C, licensed under the laws of the UAE."
· Shipping takes 7-14 working days via a third-party courier service. During sales periods, delivery times may extend by up to seven additional days.
- A flat shipping rate of AED 30-50 applies to domestic orders, payable by the customer.
- Once the order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent, and delivery will occur within 2 working days.
- If the courier company does not make contact, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up via email or Instagram.
- Two delivery attempts will be made; if unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled without a refund.

International Shipping:
- Delivery takes 7-30 working days via a third-party courier service.
- Shipping charges are borne by the customer, and international delivery fees will be displayed on the checkout page based on the destination.
- In certain cases, DHL may deliver to a local service center rather than the customer's address. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this condition and assumes responsibility for collecting the package from the service center.
- Shipping rates are subject to change based on courier adjustments. Customers will be informed of any price changes and must agree to pay the revised amount via a payment link.

- For all international orders outside the UAE, customers are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, brokerage charges, and any additional costs associated with customs. Please note that Voguedrobe.com is not liable for orders that are not delivered due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept the shipment. In such cases, authorities may destroy the shipment, and we cannot offer compensation or refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local customs regulations and to settle all applicable charges.

Refund Policy
No Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds or exchanges are not available, except in cases where there is an error on our part or the item is damaged.
- In such cases, the item will be replaced within 7-10 working days, provided the customer informs us and returns the item within 3 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Ordering Policy
- All our abayas come in standard sizes. To find the perfect fit, please refer to our size chart and select the size that suits you best. Make sure to confirm your size before placing your order.
- In case of size discrepancies, customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery and provide a video demonstrating the measurement. Arrangements will then be made for collection and alteration. Returns are not accepted.
- Post-delivery alterations or exchanges are not possible if the wrong size was selected by the customer. Please ensure accuracy when choosing sizes or opt for the custom option.
